Suppliers - Forum Activities Seminars Business Opportunities NextGen Networks provides the perfect setting to meet key decision making telecom executives face-to-face to gain a clear understanding of where their needs lie. Our schedule has been designed to provide as many networking and subsequent meeting opportunities as possible over the two days, with the NGT team facilitating, where possible, introductions between solution providers and operators, regulatory officials and association experts. To maximise these opportunities, we recommend that both parties attend in teams of at least two, but ultimately, four people are far more likely to cover all the appropriate points than two, particularly with the three track nature of the programme. In just two days, you can accomplish what would traditionally take six months to achieve. Should there be specific individuals that you would look to meet during the forum simply let us know! The Talking Telecoms seminar programme will feature 30 minute presentations from leading industry figures. These sessions will be presented before an audience of executives comprising regional and multinational operators and service providers. Seminar rooms will seat between 80 to 100 delegates per session. The seminars will be split into two tracks looking at the commercial and technical implications for product and service rollout. From past experience, the seminars have been proven as highly successful means to reach a targeted, attentive and senior audience wishing to explore solutions in depth. We will provide all of our speaking companies with an accurate database of the delegates attending each session. Seminars are strictly limited and subject to availability. For more information, please contact Fraser Jamieson – Forum Director on +44 117 915 4794 or Bruce Freeman – ICT Director on +44 117 915 4803 The NGT roundtable discussions have been carefully devised with the interests of our major stakeholders in mind. The expertise leveraged from leading technology suppliers, regional network operators and supporting organisations has ensured that we can deliver the most insightful and informative sessions in CEE. Each roundtable will host up to six panellists and run for 1hr followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. The roundtable room capacity allows for a maximum of 200 sit-down delegates. NGT workshops provide the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the application and benefits of next generation network services and technology. Three x 1 hour sessions will be available for Gold & Platinum sponsors to deliver hands-on demonstrations. The workshops will be attended by technology leaders whose vision of modernising CEE’s networks is spurring the growth and sophistication of the region’s knowledge economy. The NGT Forum is not an exhibition. However, in Ljubljana, we will make available a limited number of booths. These will conform to an enhance shell scheme (2 x 2 x 3) including power points and broadband access. The booths will enable more detailed demonstrations of the products and services available to the operators and service providers.
